Cluster 2 meeting to implement Directive 03 and Central Resolution 4

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of June 19, 2014, in Nghia Dan district, the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to inspect the implementation of Directive 03-CT/TW of the Politburo on continuing to promote studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh; implementing Resolution of the Central Committee 4 (term XI) "Some urgent issues on Party building at present" cluster II.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, Head of Cluster II chaired the meeting.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Lam delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

Attending the meeting were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee and the specialized staff assisting Directive 03. Representatives of the District Party Committee's Standing Committee, Heads of the Organization Department, Propaganda Department, and the support staff for Directive 03 of the districts: Nghia Dan, Que Phong, Quy Chau, Quy Hop, Tan Ky and Thai Hoa Town.

Implementing Directive 03-CT/TW of the Politburo on continuing to promote the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's moral example in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure), localities in cluster II have deployed many synchronous and regular solutions, associated with political tasks. Agencies and units have built standards for studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example in a concise, easy-to-remember, and easy-to-implement manner. The contingent of cadres, party members, and civil servants, especially key leaders, have promoted their sense of responsibility and working style; actively registered to set an example; and increased their closeness to the grassroots, closeness to, and wholehearted service to the people.

For example, in Quy Hop district, all agencies and units have established standards for studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example and have hung them in prominent places in the office. In Nghia Dan district, in 2013, 196 cadres, including leaders of Party committees, registered to set an example. In 2014, Nghia Dan district also had 534 key cadres register to implement Directive 03 in the direction from awareness to specific actions...

Regarding the implementation of the Central Resolution 4 (11th tenure), Party committees at all levels have actively led, directed, cared, discussed and had specific solutions to organize and overcome the shortcomings and limitations pointed out after the review. During that process, most collectives and individuals have been aware of overcoming, practicing qualities and lifestyles, and linking personal responsibility with the collective in performing assigned duties and tasks. Therefore, at the district level, the tasks that needed to be done immediately have been basically completed and at the grassroots level, the completion rate is also relatively high. Therefore, creating consensus and good public opinion among the people.

Concluding the working session, comrade Nguyen Huu Lam acknowledged the results of implementing Directive 03 and Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (Session XI) of the localities in cluster II. Regarding the tasks in the coming time, comrade Nguyen Huu Lam requested: In implementing Directive 03, the districts continue to deploy the topics, focusing on implementing the 2014 Topic according to the topics; review ethical standards, supplement and perfect them in the direction of being easy to remember, easy to implement, close to local reality; pay attention to implementing the Party's direction, at the same time widely deploying to the masses, civil servants, public employees, especially the young generation; promote the building and propaganda of typical examples.

Regarding the Resolution of the Central Committee 4 (term XI), comrade Nguyen Huu Lam requested: the districts need to identify this as a long-term task, the process of handling newly arising issues needs to be linked with annual reviews; pay attention to implementing plans to overcome weaknesses and shortcomings of individuals and groups. Besides, in the process of implementing Directive 03, Resolution of the Central Committee 4 (term XI), it is necessary to link with the implementation of Directive 17 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Resolution 26 of the Politburo, in order to promote socio-economic development, maintain national security and defense, contributing to the completion of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress. Besides, the districts must strengthen inspection and supervision of implementation at the local level.

Earlier, in the morning, comrade Nguyen Huu Lam and the working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee directly inspected the results of the implementation of Directive 03-CT/TW of the Politburo on continuing to promote studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh and Resolution of the Central Committee 4 (Session XI) "some urgent issues of Party building at present" in Nghia Thang commune and Nghia Dan district Tax Department./.
