Cluster 3 meeting on implementing Directive 03 in conjunction with Resolution 4 of the Central Committee
On the afternoon of June 24, in Dien Chau district, a meeting was held for cluster 3 on the implementation of Directive 03 of the Politburo in conjunction with Resolution of the Central Committee 4 (term XI) in the first 6 months of 2013. Attending the meeting were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Office and 7 units of Dien Chau, Quynh Luu, Yen Thanh, Nghi Loc, Hung Nguyen, Vinh City and Cua Lo Town. Comrade Thai Khac Thu - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department chaired the meeting.

At the conference, delegates frankly pointed out a number of difficulties and limitations in implementing Directive 03 such as the lack of proper attention to propaganda work; the number of registrations for building typical examples among key leaders is not high; the topic of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example is not regularly and qualitatively included in Party cell activities.

Concluding the conference, comrade Thai Khac Thu said that in the coming time, localities need to continue to direct the implementation of Directive 03 of the Politburo in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee "Some urgent issues on Party building at present". In which, focusing on resolving thoughts and concerns through dialogue with the people, through setting examples of cadres and party members, especially key cadres at all levels from commune to district. Besides continuing to promote the propaganda of Directive 03 among cadres and party members, localities need to pay attention to educating the ideology and moral example of Uncle Ho in the younger generation and workers.

Previously, the working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department led by comrade Thai Khac Thu inspected the implementation of Directive 03 of the Politburo at the Dien Tho Commune Party Committee and the Dien Chau District Military Command.
