Pope Francis: World War III has begun
TASS news agency reported that in a sermon, Pope Francis I declared that World War III "has begun".
Speaking at a ceremony marking the 100th anniversary of the Austro-Hungarian War in Italy's largest cemetery - which sparked World War I - the Pope said: "War is madness!... World War III has begun, in part... War will destroy all the hopes and aspirations of generations".

Meanwhile, Reuters news agency quoted Pope Francis continuing to condemn "all wars of all times", saying: "War is inhuman and irrational, its only plan is to bring destruction... Greed, lack of tolerance, lust for power - these motives are the basis for the decision to start a war, and are often justified by ideology".
In his sermon, the Pope also condemned "terrorists" but did not specify which area./.
