Exchange of advanced models in the People's Police force
(Baonghean.vn) -Tonight (July 16), Nghe An Police organized an exchange of advanced models to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the tradition of the Vietnam People's Police Force. Attending the exchange night were comrade Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Colonel Nguyen Xuan Lam - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police.
On July 20, 1962, President Ho Chi Minh signed Decree No. 34/LCT promulgating the Ordinance regulating the duties and powers of the People's Police force and the Ordinance regulating the ranks of People's Police officers and non-commissioned officers. This was an important milestone marking the maturity of the People's Police force. Since then, July 20 has become the Traditional Day of the People's Police force.

During that process, the People's Police Force of Nghe An Police has always been cared for, educated, trained by the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and coordinated and collaborated with by departments, branches and organizations; trusted, protected and helped by a large number of cadres and people, so it has gradually grown, asserting its important role in maintaining social order and safety, contributing to protecting national security and the peaceful life of the people. Over the years, the coordination of propaganda between press agencies and Nghe An Police has provided timely information to help raise the revolutionary vigilance of the masses about the sense of responsibility of citizens in the cause of protecting national security, while creating favorable conditions to help the police excellently fulfill their tasks, contributing to building the Vietnam People's Public Security force in general and Nghe An Police in particular to become increasingly clean and strong.
