The performance “Stop at two children” adapted from Nghe Tinh folk songs by the population specialist of Nghia Hoi commune brought profound moments to all the audience. And the message “Whether girl or boy, two is enough” was conveyed smoothly, flexibly, easy to remember, easy to touch people's hearts, directly affecting people's awareness.
