(Baonghean.vn) – On the evening of May 13, in Hoa Binh town, Tuong Duong district, a performance and award ceremony for the top-winning performances at the 2015 District-level Sen Village Singing Festival took place; to celebrate the 125th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh and the 26th District Party Congress, term 2015-2020.
