Xuan Kieu Parish: Finding ways to legalize the origin of the newly encroached road

(Baonghean.vn) – To legalize the origin of the newly illegally encroached road, some dignitaries in Xuan Kieu parish are trying to mobilize and get signatures from people to create fake evidence.

In a petition sent to the People's Committee of Nghi Kieu commune on September 4, 2015, Yen Lac parish requested to "reopen the old road leading straight to Yen Lac parish church according to road map 299".

In fact, Map 299 does not have a road leading to the church through the Kieu 1 Cooperative campus (now cluster 1, Nghi Kieu Kindergarten).

After the incidents that occurred on October 5-6, 2015, some dignitaries in Xuan Kieu parish organized a campaign to collect signatures from the people to create fake evidence about the origin of the road, to justify the illegal acts that occurred at cluster 1, Nghi Kieu Kindergarten.

The newly encroached road leading to Yen Lac parish church is seeking to legalize its origin.

Some people who were mobilized said: In recent days, the Chairman of the Parish Pastoral Council of Xuan Kieu parish and some parishioners came to the house to request confirmation that Yen Lac parish church previously had a road to enter through the premises of Kieu 1 agricultural cooperative.

According to a witness: “In 1988, when Kieu 1 Cooperative had a policy of building a wall around the campus, the Cooperative assigned the hamlets to participate, including the people of hamlets 9 and 10. At that time, this area was an empty lot, full of bushes and no road.”
