Hiding 175 packages of heroin in 2 balloons to cross the border to China

While on duty in Hong Ha area, Ninh Duong ward, Mong Cai city on the night of May 15, the patrol team of Bac Son Border Guard Station discovered Nguyen Van Tung (26 years old, residing in Tu Tan commune, Vu Thu district, Thai Binh province; temporarily residing in Hong Ha area, Ninh Duong ward, Mong Cai city) traveling from the Vietnamese mainland to the border riverbank.

Checking both of Tung's pants pockets, they found two uninflated balloons containing 175 packets of heroin. At Bac Son Border Guard Station, Tung confessed that the drugs belonged to a man named Nguyen (28 years old, from Dien Bien - a worker loading cassava flour at Bien Mau wharf, Dong Hung, China).
Based on Tung's testimony, on May 16, Bac Son Border Guard Station urgently arrested Luong Van Nguyen while he was temporarily residing in Zone 4, Hai Hoa Ward, Mong Cai City.
