Meanwhile, Bolivian diplomat and scholar Jerges Justiniano noted that the Victory Day celebration is a victory for humanity.
"This is a worthy tribute, because it was the Soviet Union's victory in World War II, liberating the world from Nazism. In this sense, I believe, the Russian celebration is also a victory of humanity, a victory of a free life over aggression," academic Justiniano told RIA Novosti.
Earlier, according to the Kremlin, 29 heads of state were expected to attend the Victory Parade in Moscow.
