US intelligence predicts Ukraine will cease fire unconditionally
(Baonghean.vn) - US intelligence experts believe that the goals and tactics of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are still limited. Ukraine may cease fire unconditionally, and peace agreements will be signed under the terms proposed by Russia.

Former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter said that a peace agreement on Ukraine will be signed on terms proposed by Russia. Expert Ritter predicted that “Ukraine will most likely surrender unconditionally”.
According to Ritter, Kiev is in this situation due to its unwillingness to accept the fact that the Ukrainian Armed Forces cannot defeat Russia and take back the territory controlled by Russia.
Former CIA analyst Larry Johnson said Russia will deal a heavy blow to the Ukrainian Armed Forces as soon as they are exhausted.
“Russia has a carefully thought-out strategy – they do not put their military in great danger, but conduct defensive battles aimed at destroying and crushing the Ukrainian Armed Forces. As soon as the Ukrainian military loses its fighting ability, Russia will strike hard,” former CIA analyst Larry Johnson predicted.
According to Johnson, Kiev no longer has the manpower to fight for many years as Western politicians want. In addition, Ukraine also does not have enough money to continue to prolong the confrontation with such high intensity.
Additionally, in an interview with CNN, Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, said that the counterattack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces would not cause Russia to withdraw its troops.
“The Ukrainian offensive, while significant, has limited operational and tactical objectives. Even if its objectives are fully achieved, Kiev will not be able to defeat Russia,” General Mark Milley said.
The US military leader declined to say how long it might take Kiev to achieve its goals, but he noted that it would be “quite a while.” At the same time, General Milley described the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ counteroffensive as “long, difficult, and bloody.”
