Helping entrepreneurs create leadership culture and corporate culture

(Baonghean.vn) - On May 18, 2014, Nghe Tinh Business Association in Ho Chi Minh City held the first meeting of all members in 2014, summarizing the Association's activities in the past 5 months, celebrating the 124th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2014); admitting new members and orienting some upcoming Association activities.

Along with the summary of activities, the conference had a special session: "HOW TO CREATE LEADERSHIP CULTURE AND BUSINESS CULTURE" presented by young global leader Gian Tu Trung - Principal of PACE Business School, with nearly 300 Entrepreneurs and Enterprises inside and outside the Association participating.

Leadership culture and corporate culture are an inseparable category in the flow of business existence and development today.

Because leadership culture and corporate culture are all cultural values ​​built during the existence and development of an enterprise, they become values, concepts and traditional customs that are deeply ingrained in the operations of the enterprise and they govern the emotions, thoughts, as well as the behavior of all members in the enterprise to pursue and realize the noble goals that the enterprise is aiming for. On that basis, Mr. Gian Tu Trung proposed a model of cultural creation as creating oneself through 5 steps such as: enlightening oneself; finding oneself; creating oneself; being loyal to oneself; protecting oneself with two important factors: a clear head and a soulful heart to make the right decisions and behave in all situations.

The core values ​​of leadership culture and corporate culture such as: slogan, vision, mission, core values, business philosophy, corporate behavior culture... Therefore, it can be affirmed that leadership culture and corporate culture are intangible assets of an enterprise.

With the spirit of solidarity with the whole country towards the sea and islands of the Fatherland, the Nghe Tinh Business Association in Ho Chi Minh City protested and spoke out to demand that China withdraw the Haiyang 981 oil exploration rig from our country's waters. At the conference, the Association also launched and called on businessmen and enterprises inside and outside the Association to support the program of donating and supporting the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
