To children and teenagers on International Children's Day June 1st

Dear children and teenagers,

On the occasion of International Children's Day June 1, on behalf of the provincial leaders, I would like to send my best wishes to the children of Nghe An province.

During the past school year, the children and teenagers of the province have made great efforts to achieve many achievements in life and study. Many children, despite their difficult circumstances, have worked hard to help their parents and friends, and have achieved high results in their studies, worthy of being good children, good students, and future masters of the country. There are shining examples such as Le Van Duoc in Thanh Chuong who saved 5 children from drowning and many other examples; children should learn from and follow their examples.

Uncle hopes and believes that in the coming time, you will try harder in studying and cultivating morality, worthy of being Uncle Ho's good children in the heroic Soviet homeland, worthy of the trust and love of grandparents, parents, teachers and loved ones.
