The Department of Transport also directed the inspection force to coordinate with the police to inspect and resolutely handle violations of traffic safety and order, handle management responsibilities and businesses with many violations in the city. In particular, this force will focus on inter-provincial bus stations, routes where violations often occur, Hanoi Railway Station, etc.

Previously, the Prime Minister directed ministries and five centrally-run cities, namely Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Da Nang, and Can Tho, to implement a pilot project to provide public bicycle services.
