Hanoi adjusts land prices in some areas of Tu Liem

The Hanoi People’s Council has just approved the 2014 land price list, with the highest price being 81 million VND/m2. According to this land price list, the areas bordering districts (belonging to Tu Liem and Gia Lam districts…) will be adjusted locally.

Specifically, after being supplemented and adjusted, the residential land price list in the districts has a minimum price of over 3.4 million VND/m2 (road to the People's Committee of Duong Noi ward, Ha Dong); the maximum price is 81 million VND/m2 in Hang Ngang, Hang Dao, Ly Thai To streets - Hoan Kiem district.

Land prices in the towns of districts and wards of Son Tay town have been adjusted in some locations (in wards with a minimum price of over 1.1 million VND/m2, maximum price of 16.7 million VND/m2). Areas bordering districts (belonging to Tu Liem, Thanh Tri, Gia Lam, Chuong My, Thanh Oai, Hoai Duc districts) after adjustment and supplementation, land prices in this area have a minimum price of over 2 million VND/m2, maximum price of over 32 million VND/m2.

The price of agricultural land is basically the same as in 2013, however, there are 5 midland communes in Soc Son district that have adjusted from 84 thousand VND/m2 to the maximum price frame of the Government of 105 thousand VND/m2.

Land price for non-agricultural production and business is from 280,000 VND/m2 minimum, maximum is 47 million VND/m2.

The Hanoi People's Committee said that the above price is suitable for the reality and the socio-economic situation of the capital. That price also harmoniously combines the interests of the state, land users and those who need to use land, in which the interests of land users are focused.
