Manchester United made a shocking decision
Manchester United continue to slash staff as Sir Jim Ratcliffe prepares to axe a further 200 staff.
Man United are entering a major job cut as Sir Jim Ratcliffe - who owns 27.7% of the club's shares - continues his austerity policy to reduce losses.
According to The Sun, about 100-200 employees will be laid off this time, affecting all departments of the team.
Previously, in July 2024, Sir Jim Ratcliffe fired 250 out of a total of 1,150 employees working at the club. Thus, in less than 8 months, nearly 450 employees at Old Trafford lost their jobs.

An insider told The Sun: "Football is a business, but there are hundreds of people working tirelessly to make the club a success. Morale was rock bottom after last year's redundancies and this has now dealt a further blow."
Man United have lost £300m in the past three years, despite Ratcliffe's Ineos Group pumping more money into the team. To balance the finances, the British billionaire has continuously introduced cost-cutting measures.
Former Japanese player becomes advisor to Vietnam U17 Coaching Board

On February 12,Vietnam Football Federation(VFF) has signed a contract with Japanese expert Yutaka Ikeuchi as a technical advisor for the Vietnam U17 Team, aiming for the 2025 AFC U17 Championship Finals.

By selecting this candidate, VFF hopes that he will bring advanced training methods, helping U17 Vietnam achieve good results and compete for a place at the U17 World Cup 2025.
The tournament will take place from April 3 to April 20 in Saudi Arabia. In this tournament, U17 Vietnam is in the same group with Japan, Australia and UAE. The whole team is expected to gather in early March to prepare.

Hanoi FC liquidates foreign player who was once number 1 in V-League
Augustine Chidi Kwem, the striker who was once the most valuable player in LPBank V-League (850,000 Euro, now down to 700,000, ranked 2nd after Xuan Son), has just had his contract terminated by Hanoi FC due to poor performance.
In a recent announcement on the homepage,Hanoi FCsent farewell and thanks to Augustine Chidi Kwem for his contributions over the past half season. But in fact, these were very limited contributions.

In the Capital Club shirt, Augustine Chidi Kwem only scored 1 goal. This striker came with a lot of expectations thanks to his quality CV when he played an important role in strong African clubs. Augustine Chidi Kwem's value on the transfer market at that time was the highest in LPBank V-League (850,000 Euro).
All the more promising. However, on the pitch, Augustine Chidi Kwem's performance was the complete opposite. He played only 5 matches, scoring 1 goal. The Nigerian striker only started once, the remaining 4 matches were all from the bench in the final minutes. His value quickly dropped, to only 700,000 Euros.
Poor performance is the reason why Hanoi FC did not retain this 27-year-old player, especially when the capital team brought in Daniel Passira to replace him. This player won the title of Top Scorer of the 2024 Bolivian National Championship./.
