Ha Tinh: Expelled from the Party 1 district chairman, dismissed 5 commune chairmen

According to information from the Inspection Commission of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, in 2018, competent Party organizations in Ha Tinh disciplined 548 Party members (69 less than in 2017) in the following forms: 438 reprimands; 75 warnings; 7 dismissals; 28 cases expelled from the Party.

A series of officials, including Ky Anh District Chairman Nguyen Van Bong, are in trouble with the law for violations in land management.

Among the party members disciplined in 2018 in Ha Tinh, 19 were expelled from the Party, including 1 chairman of the district People's Committee; 5 chairmen of the commune People's Committee, 1 head of the district Department of Natural Resources and Environment who violated regulations in land management and were dismissed from office; 1 former chairman of the district People's Committee, 2 chairmen of the commune People's Committee, 2 heads of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment who violated regulations in the field of land management were disciplined with warnings.

The Inspection Committee of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee is considering a proposal to discipline 1 Provincial Party Committee member, 1 District Party Committee member, and the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee for violations in the fields of land management, budgetary finance, and implementation of the principle of democratic centralism and working regulations.
