In early 2020, despite the Covid pandemic, Ha Tinh still emerged as a "phenomenon" when it continuously received good news about attracting investment. Vingroup participated in the bidding for a 1 billion USD project with a scale of 136.8 hectares in the West of Ha Tinh City; T&T invested more than 3,680 billion VND to build an urban area in the South of the city and the Nam Cau Phu urban area, commercial services and ecological villa project; Tan Hoang Minh Group invested in a 1,500 billion VND project on Nguyen Huy Tu Street.
Muong Thanh Group also successfully bought the largest golf course in Ha Tinh. FLC Group is exploring investment in a golf course complex, resort tourism, entertainment and coastal urban area.
Along with that, many projects that have been frozen for many years have also begun to restart. Ha Tinh has become one of the focal points, mentioned a lot in the post-Covid real estate market.
