Ha Tinh recruited 12 civil servants against regulations
According to the conclusion of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ha Tinh approved the results of additional recruitment for 12 civil servants that were not in accordance with the recruitment plan.
The Inspectorate of the Ministry of Home Affairs has just concluded the implementation of legal regulations on recruitment of civil servants of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province from January 1, 2012 to September 30, 2014 according to Inspection Decision No. 07 dated January 5, 2015 of the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs. Accordingly, during this period, Ha Tinh recruited 122 civil servants to work at specialized agencies at the provincial and district levels and at the same time accepted a number of cases without taking exams to supplement the remaining staff.
However, the organization of the civil servant recruitment exam in Ha Tinh has many contents that are not in accordance with regulations: there are members of the examination board who are also members of the examination board; the level of examination fee collection; the construction of exam questions does not state the scale of scores for each question in some subjects; the grading of some exam papers is not close to the answers and scale of scores... In particular, the approval of the results of additional recruitment for 12 civil servants is not in accordance with the recruitment plan and announcement of the civil servant recruitment exam.
Based on the inspection results, the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs recommends the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province: Establish a Council to inspect and evaluate the conditions, standards and results of performing assigned duties and tasks for civil servants recruited from January 1, 2012 to September 30, 2014; revoke, according to the authority, the recruitment decisions for those who do not meet the requirements to report to the Ministry of Home Affairs on the implementation results in July 2015. Direct the review and criticism of relevant collectives and individuals for the existence of shortcomings, limitations and errors in civil servant recruitment. Request agencies and units using civil servants to properly implement the process of developing annual civil servant recruitment plans"./.
