Two Koreas hold fourth talks on Kaesong
South Korea's Unification Ministry said on July 17 that at 10 a.m. (local time), South Korean and North Korean officials began the fourth round of negotiations on resuming operations at the Kaesong joint industrial complex, which has been closed for nearly three months.

A three-member South Korean delegation led by Kim Ki-woong and a number of reporters crossed the inter-Korean border at 8:30 a.m. the same day.
It is expected that in this round of negotiations, officials from the two countries will try to narrow differences on the conditions for returning the Kaesong industrial park to normal operations.
Also during the negotiations, 301 South Korean businessmen and workers working in Kaesong will continue to transport goods and raw products back home./.
