On March 13, the Founder of Ecopark officially chose Ricons as the general contractor for The Garden subdivision at Eco Central Park (Vinh City - Nghe An).Accordingly, Ricons is the main contractor for the construction of the rough structure, exterior finishing and installation of the rainwater drainage system for The Garden subdivision.

As of December 31, 2022, Ricons had total assets of VND 8,193 billion, an increase of 31% over the previous year. Ricons' equity increased to VND 2,400 billion, and undistributed accumulated profits reached VND 470 billion. In the 2022 financial report, Ricons had revenue of VND 11,384 billion, an increase of nearly 40%, and after-tax profit of VND 90 billion. With this business result, Ricons has become the most profitable construction contractor in 2022, surpassing a series of big names.

Eco Central Park, a large green park with a scale of 200 hectares, is the largest project in the North Central region, a symbol of classy living in the Central region. Eco Central Park owns a 10-hectare regulating lake, a green water surface area of ​​up to 50 hectares, an average of 100 trees/person, 95 times the density of trees/person in Ho Chi Minh City and about 45 times the density of trees/person in Hanoi.
