Quynh seafood is fresh and delicious because it is exploited and caught in the offshore area; fleets from 20CV to under 90CV often go fishing during the day, then the seafood is purchased by restaurants and aquaculture facilities to supply to the market. Due to the characteristics of seafood species such as crabs, mantis shrimp, sardines, clams, and mussels living in the offshore area, only nearshore fleets can "hunt" them.

Currently, it is the tourist season, so every day her establishment buys about 20 kg of mantis shrimp (depending on the quantity), 7-10 kg of snails; dozens of kg of sea scallops, clams... to put in the aeration tank for preservation.
This year, the number of tourists coming to swim and eat has increased dramatically, so Ms. Hang's facility is always proactive in stocking seafood in tanks.
