Two young men stole the handbag of a female police colonel
Taking advantage of the woman's inattention, one of the two subjects snatched her handbag from the car and escaped.

On the afternoon of September 14, Bac Lieu City Police (Bac Lieu) prosecuted and issued a temporary detention order for Quach Thanh Sang (21 years old) and Truong Ngo Thanh Quan (25 years old), both residing in Ward 2, Bac Lieu City, to investigate the act of "Theft of property".
According to initial investigation, on the afternoon of September 10, Colonel VTB stopped his motorbike in front of a store in Ward 1, Bac Lieu City to go buy something.
Taking advantage of the woman’s inattention, one of the two suspects stole the woman’s handbag (containing money and many personal documents) from her motorbike and fled the scene. The victim later reported the incident to the authorities.

Upon receiving the report, using professional measures, Bac Lieu City Police arrested two suspects at noon on September 11.
At the police station, Sang and Quan initially admitted their actions and said that they had to steal because they didn't have money to buy drugs.
The case is being further investigated by the authorities.
