At the time, a man in his 40s driving a motorbike with license plate 37 B2-17619 (identity unknown) was about to turn into an alley on Ho Tung Mau Street when suddenly a motorbike with license plate 37 B1-51952 driven by a young man carrying his girlfriend in the opposite direction crashed head-on. The strong impact caused all 3 victims to be taken to the emergency room, and the man died on the way to the hospital.
