Two trucks collided on the National Highway, the driver and the owner of the Nghe An license plate vehicle burned to death in the cabin.

The accident occurred at 4:00 a.m. this morning (April 10) on National Highway 1A in Hai Ninh commune, Tinh Gia district, Thanh Hoa province.

Initial information shows that at the time, the truck with license plate 37C - 089.78 was transporting paper materials, traveling from Nghe An to Hanoi.

When arriving at the intersection in Hai Ninh commune, Tinh Gia district, Thanh Hoa province, it collided with a truck crossing the road (license plate unknown).

The collision caused truck 37C - 089.78 to spin sideways and catch fire, instantly burning all the paper materials on the truck and killing driver Phan Dang Binh (born in 1977), residing in Hung Thinh commune, Hung Nguyen district, and truck owner Bui Van Manh (born in 1988), residing in Chau Quang commune, Quy Hop district, on the spot.

Upon receiving the news, the Traffic Police of Tinh Gia District Police quickly arrived with the Fire Prevention and Fighting Force to handle and investigate the cause.
