At least 18 people were killed and 60 others injured when a parade vehicle struck a power line in Haiti's capital, Port-au-Prince, on February 17.

The accident occurred on the second day of an annual festival in the country. Video footage from the parade shows a power line falling from above onto the head of a singer standing on a float.
