Prime Minister: People are advised to limit travel during heavy rain and floods

The Prime Minister requested localities affected by storm No. 5 to propagate and advise people to limit travel when there is heavy rain and floods; arrange forces to block and support people to participate in traffic safely; and evacuate residents in dangerous areas.
