(Baonghean.vn) - With just over a week left until Christmas 2019, these days, in parishes and churches in the province, Catholics are happily preparing for a new Christmas season.

The roads to parishes and churches are decorated with flashing lights and LED lights to prepare for Christmas.

An indispensable work in Christmas is the nativity scene. In parish churches, chapels, even on the roads... people design nativity scenes with many different sizes. The main materials to make nativity scenes are sacks, bamboo, reed... which are quick, beautiful, and take advantage of waste materials.

People voluntarily contribute materials and join hands to create works to welcome Christmas, which can be a nativity scene, a reindeer garden, a lantern street, etc. Depending on specific conditions, each place creates products with the unique beauty of its own region and family.

Many Christmas projects of parishioners require large investments in both material and time and effort. People of Nghi Loc parish (Dien Hanh - Dien Chau) are building a floating project in the middle of the lake.
