Russia's TASS news agency recently quoted Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vadim Pristaiko as saying that Kiev will establish peace in Donbass within the next 6 months or 1 year. This is called the "Zelensky formula". According to the Ukrainian Foreign Minister, this formula was set out by President Zelensky on many issues. The Ukrainian President only said that he wanted Kiev to make every effort to fulfill everyone's expectations.

Accordingly, Kiev will exchange prisoners with separatist forces in Donbass, reform the Constitution - one of the major issues in the Minsk-2 peace agreement that the government of former President Petro Poroshenko failed to implement. The Ukrainian government will take steps to reach out to the people of Donbass, restore communication lines, simplify procedures for applying for pensions... A series of measures have been put forward with humanity to call on people living in Donbass to have a positive view, stop boycotting the Ukrainian government to participate in the unjust war.

South Korea will invest $74 million to acquire air defense weapons specialized in countering small drones by 2023. The system, called Block-I, is designed to track and destroy small unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) of the South Korean Ministry of National Defense announced on September 17.

The decision to develop the Block-I was made after a North Korean UAV was spotted in the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) separating the two Koreas in 2017. The UAV took 550 photos of the area where the US missile shield was deployed in South Korea before it crashed into the DMZ.

Sarah Thomas, 37, became the first person to swim across the English Channel four consecutive times in 54 hours without stopping. Thomas, from Colorado, USA, completed her 54-hour swim across the English Channel on the morning of September 17. Before Thomas, only four people had swum across the channel, but only completed three consecutive times. Thomas swam a total distance of about 209 km. The English Channel is located between England and the northern coast of France, with the widest part being 240 km and the narrowest part being 34 km.

Thomas said the hardest part of the swim was the salt water, which made her throat and mouth sore. Her support team said she used swimming as a way to fight her aggressive breast cancer.
