A series of small cars are about to hit the market
Ahead of the Geneva Motor Show, a series of small car models have been gradually revealed by manufacturers, from the new Toyota Aygo, Peugeot 108 to Renault Twingo and Citroen C1.

Up to this point, Toyota has only revealed one photo of the 2014 Aygo. Through the promotional clip, the Aygo is also equipped with a Start/Stop button system. The car will be launched on March 4, 2014 at the Geneva Motor Show.

New Peugeot 108 |
Along with the Aygo, the Peugeot 108 urban car has just been revealed. Unlike its predecessor 208, the Peugeot 108 has both 3- and 4-door versions, using a 1.0-liter VTi engine with a capacity of 68 horsepower (manual or 5-speed automatic transmission, with push-button start) and a 1.2-liter PureTech VTi engine with 82 horsepower (5-speed manual transmission), both using 3 cylinders. Renault Twingo 3rd generation |
Another French carmaker, Renault, also brought to Geneva its stunning new Twingo small car. Rear-engine, rear-wheel drive are the interesting new features of this third-generation Twingo, possibly the result of a collaboration with Daimler. Other details of the car have not been revealed.

New Citroen C1 |
The third French carmaker to choose Geneva to introduce its small city car is Citroen with its all-new C1. The car measures 3.46 metres long, 1.62 metres wide and 1.45 metres high, which is comparable to the Peugeot 108 and Toyota Aygo. Like the Peugeot 108, the Citroen C1 is available with two petrol engines: a 1.0-litre 68bhp and a 1.2-litre 82bhp, three-cylinder unit, with a five-speed manual transmission as standard.
