Thousands of fake perfume bottles 'magically' made from Chinese chemicals
Ms. Le Thi Tu Anh confessed that she bought empty bottles, used chemicals from China to increase the fragrance, then poured them into bottles, stuck on famous brand labels and sold them.

On February 2, Binh Tan District Police in Ho Chi Minh City announced that they had seized 8,848 bottles of fake perfume of famous brands along with related evidence to investigate the act of producing counterfeit goods against Ms. Le Thi Tu Anh (36 years old, residing in Binh Hung Hoa B ward).
Previously, on January 30, the economic police team of Binh Tan District Police coordinated with Binh Hung Hoa B Ward Police to inspect Ms. Tu Anh's house in alley 257, Binh Thanh Street, and discovered that Ms. Anh's employees were producing fake perfumes of brands such as Chanel, Tommy, Versace, Gucci...
Working with the authorities, Ms. Tu Anh admitted that she often bought chemicals from China to increase the fragrance, bought perfume bottles and ordered fake labels of famous perfume brands around the world.
Then, Ms. Tu Anh hired three employees to decant chemicals into bottles, label, and box the finished products with fake brands to sell on the market for profit.
Ms. Tu Anh admitted that she also rented an unnumbered house in alley 257 Binh Thanh to store raw materials and packaging used to produce fake perfume.
The police seized 8,848 bottles of fake perfume, and also seized raw materials for producing fake perfume, including more than 19,000 fake stamps, labels, and packaging of the above perfume brands, 5 plastic cans of raw alcohol for production (equivalent to 150 liters), two barrels of aromatic chemicals (equivalent to 20 liters), bottling and capping machines...
