Khe Moi spillway bridge is located on the Yen Khe - Mon Son route in Con Cuong district. This is an important traffic artery of Mon Son and Luc Da communes. This bridge point is located in the territory of Hong Son and Tan Hop villages of Luc Da commune, which are often deeply flooded during heavy rains, causing isolation.
