Shallots are easy to grow, do not require much cost for seeds, fertilizers, and simple care. In addition, growing shallots is considered a livelihood model that adapts to climate change, because shallots are a plant that can be grown on high ground, well-drained and not actively drained, making use of ineffective land areas for food production in Nghi Loc./.
