Despite her relatives' opposition to her dream of flying a plane, Anny said she feels lucky to have her parents' enthusiastic support. At the age of 17, Anny passed the entrance exam to a prestigious flight school.Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi inUttar Pradesh.Anny's family was not wealthy, and the cost of studying to become a pilot was expensive. Therefore, she had to borrow money to study.

The difference in lifestyle between the small town where Anny was born and where she studied, and her poor English were also obstacles that made the young girl feel hurt a lot. Finally, despite all the teasing and contempt from everyone, Anny won a scholarship to the flight school.

At the age of 19, this beautiful girl was somewhat closer to her dream when she completed her studies and worked at Air India.

Anny was then sent to Spain for further training and upon returning home, she had the opportunity to fly on a Boeing 737. Two years later, Anny was sent to London to further her training. After the course, she was able to master the controls of a Boeing 777. "Since then, my life has changed. It was a great experience. I had the opportunity to travel to many countries. I also learned a lot."

Today, the pilot profession in India is still dominated by men. However, Anny said she is very proud that the proportion of women working as pilots in her country is 15%. Meanwhile, the figure worldwide is only 5%.

The story of a modern-day "Cinderella" AnnyDivya is an inspiration to many young girls in India. She is proof that you should never give up on your dreams and that if you work hard towards them, you will succeed.
