The reason is that the above-mentioned forest area is in a vulnerable and very vulnerable area, previously assigned to people and contract workers of the protective forest management boards, but now the project has ended and there is no more money to pay, so there is no one to look after it. Currently, the whole province still has 300 people participating in the contract mechanism of the 5 million hectare forest project, which is also in the stage of "having work but not having food". If they don't have money to pay their benefits in the future, they will quit their jobs.
