(Baonghean) - According to the Standing Office of the Flood and Storm Prevention and Search and Rescue Command of Yen Thanh District (Nghe An), at 8:00 a.m. on July 31, Tran Vu Tai, born in 1998 in Tran Phu Hamlet, Hau Thanh Commune, drowned in the Vach Bac drainage canal. The cause was that while herding buffalo, he slipped, fell into the canal and was swept away by the water. Tai's body has not yet been found.
