The People's Council of Anh Son district, term XVII, held the 5th session - Term 2011-2016
(Baonghean.vn) -On December 26, the People's Council of Anh Son district, term XVII, held the fifth session - term 2011-2016 to evaluate the socio-economic, national defense and security situation in 2012 and propose solutions to implement socio-economic, national defense and security tasks in 2013.
The report at the meeting showed that in 2012, Anh Son district's economy grew quite well, with total production value estimated at 2,852 billion VND, reaching 99% of the plan, up 10% over the same period. Food output was estimated at 59,259 tons, reaching 103% of the plan, equal to 113% of the same period; trade and services developed, total retail revenue was estimated at 264 billion VND. Total budget revenue reached 32,643 million VND, reaching 160% of the district's estimate, exceeding 105% of the province's estimate, up 14% over 2011. Average added value per capita reached 17.27 million VND, up 13% over the same period. 100% of communes met national standards on health. Anh Son had 19/25 socio-economic targets completed and exceeded the set plan.
Delegates attending the session spent time discussing in groups and in the hall about the goals, targets and solutions for socio-economic development, national defense and security in 2013; at the same time, clarifying the limitations and weaknesses in the targets not achieved; and outstanding issues in social life that need to be addressed by all levels and sectors./.
