Attending the meeting were Colonel Dinh Ngoc Van - Commander of Nghe An Border Guard, comrade Lo Xuan Vinh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee and 34 delegates of the People's Council for the 2011-2011 term.
During July 25 and 26, the district People's Council delegates will listen to 9 reports on issues such as: Report on the implementation of socio-economic, national defense and security tasks in the first 6 months of the year, tasks and solutions for the last 6 months of 2011; Report on the implementation of the budget revenue and expenditure estimates in the first 6 months of the year, tasks and solutions for the last 6 months of 2011...
Also in this session, the District People's Council listened to, discussed and approved 5 reports: Report requesting approval of adjustments and supplements to the 2011 state budget estimate and using budget reserves for expenditures arising in the first 6 months of 2011; Report on the Resolution on implementing the Project to reform backward customs in weddings, funerals, living habits and environmental sanitation in the period 2011-2016...
