Thai Hoa, Yen Thanh and Anh Son People's Councils held the 2nd session
(Baonghean) -On August 2, Thai Hoa Town People's Council held the 2nd session of the 2011 - 2016 term.
At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing specific solutions, striving to complete the socio-economic development targets in 2011 and adjusting the budget revenue and expenditure for the last 6 months of the year; approving the 2010 budget settlement; voting to pass the Resolution on: implementing the tasks of socio-economic development, national defense and security, the People's Council's supervision program for the last 6 months of 2011; Resolution on the 5-year socio-economic plan 2011 - 2016 and Resolution on promulgating the Regulations of the Town People's Council meetings throughout the term.
At the 2nd session,Yen Thanh District People's Council, term 18The meeting briefly assessed the situation of economic, cultural, social and security development tasks in the first 6 months of the year and deployed tasks for the last 6 months of 2011. The People's Council listened to reports from relevant departments and agencies, and explained issues raised by the 16th District People's Council delegates and voters' opinions between the two sessions. The questions and answers at the meeting focused on key issues that delegates and voters were interested in, such as agriculture, rural areas; construction; natural resources and environment, etc. The meeting voted to pass 6 Resolutions.
At the 2nd session,People's Council of Anh Son district, the delegates listened to 8 reports on socio-economic, national defense and security... in the first 6 months of the year and tasks for the last 6 months of the year. The delegates also discussed, answered questions and proposed solutions for the District People's Council to complete its tasks in the last 6 months of the year, focusing on organizing the implementation of projects and action programs to implement the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the 2010-2015 term, striving to exceed the targets of the socio-economic development plan in 2011. Also at the meeting, the delegates of the District People's Council approved 2 resolutions: the budget estimate for the last 6 months of 2011 and the implementation of the state budget settlement in 2010.
