Provincial People's Council supervises the issuance of legal documents in Ky Son
(Baonghean.vn) -Continuing the thematic supervision program of the Provincial People's Council, on the afternoon of August 29, in Ky Son district, the supervision delegation of the Provincial People's Council had a working session with the People's Council and People's Committee of Ky Son district.
In 2012 and the first 8 months of 2013, Ky Son district issued 15 legal documents, of which the District People's Council issued 5 resolutions, the District People's Committee issued 8 decisions and 02 directives. In general, the process of building, appraising and promulgating legal documents of the district was carried out quite well from the drafting stage to promulgation, ensuring the correct order and procedures according to regulations. 100% of the approved documents were reviewed by the Department of Justice and opinions at the meetings of the District People's Council and People's Committee.

Regarding the inspection and handling of legal documents, the People's Council and People's Committee of the district regularly organize reviews. In addition to the above activities, the People's Committee of the district also assigns the Department of Justice to develop a plan and organize the inspection of legal documents issued by the People's Council and People's Committee at the commune level; after each inspection, a written conclusion is sent to each inspected unit for timely correction and adjustment....
However, because the Electronic Information Page has not been upgraded, the announcement has not been carried out; the process of issuing legal documents has not seriously implemented the sending of legal documents to the Department of Justice and the Provincial Gazette to perform the function of inspection, processing or posting according to regulations; the district has not proactively advised on the annual plan for developing legal documents...
At the monitoring session, along with acknowledging the positive results in the development, promulgation, inspection, review and systematization of legal documents in Ky Son, through comments and discussions, members of the monitoring delegation pointed out a number of limitations; provided guidance and suggestions for the district to receive financial support for the development and promulgation of legal documents in the locality; the promulgation of state management documents, the operation of specific socio-economic activities, suitable for the district level, especially district 30a like Ky Son. The district needs to pay attention to developing programs and plans for the promulgation of legal documents right from the beginning of the year; strengthen the review and assessment of the effectiveness and impact of the province's policies in the locality to promptly propose supplements and amendments./.
