Provincial People's Council supervises one-stop mechanism at Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs
Implementing the one-stop, one-stop-shop regulations, Department of Labor-The Department of War Invalids and Social Affairs has proactively organized and coordinated implementation at the Department's offices and affiliated units. 20/20 districts, cities, towns and most communes, wards and towns have implemented the one-stop and one-stop mechanism in receiving and returning results to organizations and citizens.
After 5 years of implementation, basically all work records of organizations, citizens and enterprises have been focused on by relevant units to review and resolve promptly, accurately and in accordance with the law (reaching over 90%). In particular, many records and results were returned immediately during the session or on the same working day, such as: records of re-issuance of War Invalids, Sick Soldiers, Families of Martyrs cards... However, the results of administrative procedure reform are not really high, the number of administrative procedures put into implementation at the Reception and Results Department is not much compared to the results of statistics and review of administrative procedures of Project 30.
