Quynh Thach Primary School has 20 classes with a total of 563 students. In recent years, implementing the policy of socializing education, the school has basically implemented the spirit of socialization according to the agreement mechanism between the school and parents. The annual revenue from socialized sources is unstable, such as 22 million in the 2011-2012 school year, 19 million in the 2012-2013 school year, which really puts pressure on the school. In addition to revenue from parents, the school also mobilizes contributions from sponsors. The source of mobilized contributions from parents and sponsors in recent years, the school has spent on paying off the debt of the local boarding school cafeteria 50% of the project value of 70 million VND; building a parking lot for students; building fences; purchasing tables, chairs and anti-glare boards.

On behalf of the Supervisory Delegation, Ms. Ton Thi Cam Ha praised the close direction in the work of mobilizing social resources, ensuring voluntary, public transparency and basically spending on the right purpose. At the same time, she noted that the school needs to have a plan to mobilize social resources based on the actual conditions from parents of students; have a plan and roadmap for construction and procurement for each year to effectively use social resources, avoiding waste. The school also needs to pay attention to socialization through the efforts and materials of students, including mobilizing from benefactors and businesses. Pay attention to the sources of revenue and expenditure from the parents' association to ensure compliance with regulations.
