Revealing the composition of Russia's new Government
Sergei Lavrov and Sergei Shoigu will retain their posts in the new cabinet, a source in the parliament told the press.

Mr Lavrov heads the Foreign Ministry in the Government, while Mr Shoigu heads the Defense Ministry.
"Mr. Gordeev and Mr. Siluanov will most likely hold the positions of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister concurrently," the source said.
According to him, the Government will probably retain Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov. Meanwhile, acting Minister of Transport Maxim Sokolov, acting Minister of Agriculture Alexander Tkachev, and acting Minister of Open Government Mikhail Abyzov will leave their posts.
This information was confirmed by another source in parliament.
The Russian government resigned on the day of President Vladimir Putin's inauguration. For the post of Prime Minister, the President nominated Dmitry Medvedev, who had headed the government during the previous term.
