The US presidency is one of the most powerful positions in the world. But few people notice that most White House owners own impressive assets after their term ends.
According to Insider, the US President is a position of great influence in politics, economy and society. Besides great power, the White House owners also enjoy many special benefits, including a salary of 400,000 USD a year.

There are currently six living US presidents, three of whom have assets worth more than $50 million. Current President Joe Biden has the smallest net worth, at about $9 million. However, he still has the opportunity to increase his wealth after leaving office.

Unlike other US Presidents, Mr. Trump was a billionaire before becoming a politician. Most of the 45th US President's assets come from real estate business in New York, media projects, resorts, golf courses and wineries.
If you count all the US presidents, Mr. Trump's position remains unchanged. Even when converted to the current exchange rate, Mr. Trump's assets are still larger than those of early leaders such as George Washington or Thomas Jefferson.
