Herbalife Vietnam accompanies Health and Life Newspaper to organize the contest 'I am healthier and more beautiful'
(Baonghean.vn)- Herbalife Vietnam, in collaboration with the Health and Life Newspaper under the Ministry of Health, organized the contest "I am healthier and more beautiful" to inspire and encourage people to exercise regularly and eat healthily for better health and a more beautiful figure.

The competition will start from August 11, 2022 and is open to all Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and over. The competition consists of three rounds, challenging participants to achieve positive physical changes based on their acquired nutritional knowledge and physical training over a period of 3 months.
Specifically, participants were asked to answer questions about nutrition, exercise methods, interact with experts, and share exercises they used to achieve positive changes to their bodies.
