Herbalife Vietnam continues to accompany the 'I am healthier and more beautiful' Contest 2023
(Baonghean.vn) - Herbalife Vietnam, one of the leading health companies and communities, accompanied by Health & Life Newspaper, the mouthpiece of the Ministry of Health, organized the second "I am healthier and more beautiful" contest.
The contest aims to inspire more people to become better versions of themselves and achieve their long-term health goals. The contest officially starts on September 6, 2023 and is open to all Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and above.
The three-round competition will challenge participants to continuously make positive physical changes within three months, based on knowledge of nutrition and exercise. Specifically, contestants are asked to answer questions about nutrition, exercise and sports. Participants also have the opportunity to interact directly with experts and share the methods they have applied to achieve positive changes in their bodies. The competition was first held in 2022 and has attracted more than 1,000 participants across the country.
