(Baonghean) -For more than 30 years of teaching, teacher Tran Huy Quang - Teacher at Nguyen Duy Trinh High School (Nghi Loc) has always been diligent in researching, innovating and being creative in teaching. With that effort, this school year, he is the only person in the Nghi Loc district Department of Education and Training to be honored as an Excellent Teacher.

Born and raised in Nghi Thinh commune (Nghi Loc), after graduating from Vinh Pedagogical University, young teacher Tran Huy Quang was transferred to Dong Thap Pedagogical College as a lecturer. With a love for the profession, a spirit of self-study and knowledge improvement, he gradually affirmed his ability. In 1990, Mr. Quang was transferred to Nghi Loc 1 High School, now Nguyen Duy Trinh High School, to teach. Here, he always wondered how to improve the quality of teaching, innovate teaching methods, arouse creativity in young teachers as well as students, thereby creating interest for students in Chemistry.

As the head of the Chemistry group, teacher Tran Huy Quang is always at the forefront of innovating teaching methods in the direction of promoting students' positivity, initiative and creativity. He regularly organizes seminars to share new teaching methods and good knowledge that he has learned through books, newspapers, the internet, etc. Teacher Tran Huy Quang's enthusiasm and passion for his job have contributed to improving the quality of education at Nguyen Duy Trinh High School.

Since 2008, he has trained 10 students to become excellent students at the provincial level. He himself has been awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots and provincial levels for 8 consecutive years, and has been awarded many certificates of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for his outstanding achievements in education and training. Many of his topics and initiatives have been classified as fair and good. With his achievements, his own efforts, and the trust of the staff and teachers in the school, in 2012, he was honored as an Excellent Teacher.
