Training and readiness inspection contract for QNDB and PTKT

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 11, the Provincial Military Command successfully organized a conference on training coordination, checking the readiness to mobilize reserve soldiers (QNDB) and technical equipment (PTKT) in 2015. Attending the conference were Major General Nguyen Duc Toi, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Military Region, leaders of 21 units receiving resources from the Ministry of National Defense and the Military Region, and leaders of districts, towns and cities in the province. Colonel Ha Tan Tien, member of the Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command chaired and conducted the conference.

Conference overview

The conference discussed and evaluated the results of the implementation of training tasks and the mobilization readiness inspection in 2014. Nghe An is a province with a large area, with many difficulties in employment, so there are still many laborers working far away, the source of reserve officers is increasingly lacking, the mobilization target is large, the area of ​​​​mobilization resources is large, stretching from North to South, causing difficulties in the management and maintenance of the activities of the DBDV units.

The Provincial Military Command and the receiving units signed a contract to train and inspect the readiness to mobilize reserve soldiers.

In such difficult conditions, the Provincial Military Command, based on the targets assigned by superiors and the actual capabilities of each locality, has advised and directed the assignment of targets, quantity, and training areas to districts, towns, and cities in line with the training content and tasks. It has directed localities to closely coordinate with units receiving resources from the Ministry and the Military Region to do a good job of re-inspecting and grasping quality; well implementing training, drills, alerting and checking mobilization readiness tasks and ensuring the standard regime of the QNDB in accordance with regulations. Through the time of training, drills, and checking mobilization readiness, the QNDB contingent has matured in all aspects, especially in knowledge and experience of military operations, political awareness, and is ready to supplement the Army to meet the requirements of protecting the Fatherland in the new situation...

At the conference, the Provincial Military Command announced the decisions on assigning training and testing targets for the 2015 mobilization readiness of the People's Army and Technical Assistance; and signed the minutes of the 2015 mobilization readiness training and testing contract with the units receiving resources from the Ministry of National Defense and the Military Region.
