- The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quynh Luu district organized the first consultation conference on the structure, composition and number of delegates of the 18th district People's Council, term 2011 - 2016.
Accordingly, the total number of delegates set for the 18th term of the Quynh Luu District People's Council is 50, with 2 candidates expected to be elected and 136 candidates recommended. Of these, 15 are women, accounting for 30.6%; 7 are under 35 years old, accounting for 15%; 5 are the masses, accounting for 10%; 6 are religious, accounting for 8%; 1 is ethnic minority, accounting for 2%. After listening to the report, some delegates suggested that it is necessary to pay more attention to and further improve the quality of the district People's Council delegates. Regarding the structure, the delegates said that it is necessary to add delegates in 2 groups: Culture, Information, Sports and Artists, Intellectuals.

- At the consultation conference organized by the Thanh Chuong District Fatherland Front Committee, delegates discussed and agreed to consult and elect: the expected number of official delegates to the 18th District People's Council is 50 delegates, the expected number of introduced delegates is 106 delegates and the constituency is 17.
With the following composition and structure: The expected number of elected representatives at the district-level political organization is 4 representatives, the district-level state agency bloc is 7 representatives, the socio-political organization is 6 representatives, the social organization is 1 representative, the economic organization is 3 representatives, the armed forces are 3 representatives, the lower-level administrative unit is 17 representatives, the religion is 1 representative, the ethnic minority is 1 representative, the good producer and businessman is 5 representatives and the intellectual is 2 representatives. Of which, there are 15 female representatives, accounting for 30%, 5 non-party representatives, accounting for 10%, and 8 young representatives under 35 years old, accounting for 15%.
