Second consultation agreed on preliminary list of candidates for the 13th National Assembly
On the afternoon of March 21, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front held the 2nd consultative conference.to agree on the preliminary list of candidates for the 13th National Assembly.
After the first consultation conference, an agreement was reached on the structure, composition, and number of candidates for the 13th National Assembly of Nghe An province, including 44 people. Of these, 39 were nominated by agencies and units and 5 were self-nominated. In terms of structure, 27 were male, 17 were female, 6 were ethnic minorities, 12 were young, 5 were non-party members, and 4 were re-elected. In terms of professional qualifications, 20% had PhDs and Masters, 73% were university graduates, and 7% were college and intermediate graduates.
Based on the number of deputies to the 13th National Assembly allocated by the National Assembly Standing Committee; based on the opinions of organizations at all levels on the management and introduction of candidates; based on the opinions of a number of candidates, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has proposed a preliminary list of candidates for the 13th National Assembly, including 30 deputies, which was highly agreed upon by the consultative conference.
Of which, 1 key leader; 4 full-time delegates; 2 provincial Labor Federations; 2 people in the field of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; 3 people in the fields of the Women's Union, the army, the People's Court, Education and Training, and health; 6 people in the fields of production, business, and services.
After the second consultative conference, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee will collect opinions from voters at the place of residence regarding the candidates to prepare for the third consultative conference.
