(Baonghean.vn) - On February 17, many localities in the province held the first consultation conference to agree on the expected structure, composition, and number of people recommended to run for district People's Council delegates for the 2016-2021 term.

* At Nghi Loc, expected structure, composition, number of people introduced as delegates to the People's Council of Nghi Loc district, term XIX, 2016-2021, elected 41 people, the expected number of people introduced from 84 to 88 people.

Overview of the consultative conference.

Of which, district-level agencies elected 21 delegates, expected to introduce 42 to 46 people, accounting for over 51%; public service units, enterprises, and officials elected 5 delegates, expected to introduce 12 people; Communes and towns elected 15 delegates, expected to introduce 30 people.

Regarding the number of female candidates, 15 are expected to be nominated, with a rate of 38.64 - 39.77%; Delegates under 35 years old are nominated 20, delegates from the masses are nominated 10, delegates from religions are nominated 8; Delegates from the previous term for re-election: 11 to 13. Regarding the number of elected People's Council delegates of Tan Ky district, 40 delegates are elected, in which the structure of female delegates must ensure at least 35% of the total number of delegates; Delegates under 35 years old strive to be not less than 15% of the total number of delegates; Non-Party delegates strive to be not less than 10% of the total number of delegates; Ethnic minority delegates strive to be not less than 5 delegates than the previous term; Religious delegates 1 delegate; Re-elected delegates strive to have at least 30% of the total number of delegates.

Regarding the composition of the delegates: Party organization 8 delegates; Political - Social organization 12 delegates; Government organization 14 delegates; Public service unit 2 delegates; Economic organization 2 delegates; Armed forces 2 delegates.

At the conference, delegates voted 100% in agreement on the proposed structure, composition and allocation of the number of delegates of the People's Council of Tan Ky district for the 2016 - 2021 term./.

Of which 35% are women, 21.4% are young, 8.3% are non-party members, 24 delegates for the first term will be re-elected.

The conference discussed and reached an agreement on the structure, composition, and number of candidates nominated for the second term of the Town People's Council from each agency, unit, and organization as planned by the Town Fatherland Front Committee./.

* In Thanh Chuong,After listening to the Standing Committee of the District People's Council gradually approve the proposed sections on: structure, composition and number of people to be introduced, the conference spent adequate time to discuss and clarify many issues and came to the following consensus: the number of delegates for the next term of the District People's Council will be 44 delegates.

Of which, the district level has 22 people, 50% ratio in the following directions: 4 Party bloc, 8 government bloc, 6 Fatherland Front bloc, 2 economic organizations, 2 armed forces. The grassroots administrative bloc and affiliated units include: 7 Party bloc, 5 government bloc, 5 Fatherland Front bloc, 3 excellent businessmen, 2 intellectuals for the education and health sectors at the grassroots level.

On that basis, the Vietnam Fatherland Front introduced a specific number of personnel of 87 people, allocated to the expected units to find and select specific people to proceed to negotiate and select for the next steps.

*In Quy Hop,The total number of district People's Council delegates elected for the 2016-2021 term according to the orientation structure is 40 delegates. The first consultation conference introduced 120 candidates with the following components: District Party Committee, District People's Council, District People's Committee, Fatherland Front and mass organizations, Agencies and units, Enterprises, Communes and towns.

The conference voted to approve the combined structure, ensuring the proportion of female delegates is 35%, ethnic minorities 42.5%, under 35 years old 15%, non-Party 10% and 30% of the district People's Council delegates from the previous term re-elected.

After the first consultation conference, the agencies, organizations and units allocated with the number of candidates will proceed to select and introduce. Next, the District Fatherland Front Committee will organize the second and third consultation conferences to agree, make a preliminary list of candidates and select and finalize the list of qualified candidates for the 17th term of the Quy Hop District People's Council, 2016-2021 term.
